Also enclosed is a <br />tracking sheet for this submittal. <br />We are taking this opportunity to reformat many of the existing pages within Exhibit 7, Item 14 with this submittal. In <br />general, this is being done to add page numbers for better clarity. You will notice that we have not provided revised <br />designs for either the Prospect Ditch or the Final East Pit Ditch as requested in your May 22, 2006 Second Adequacy <br />letter. The Prospect Ditch is completely unchanged from the former alignment and the associated drainage area is <br />slightly reduced. Thus, the existing design is adequate. For the Final East Pit Ditch, the alignment of the uppermost <br />portion is slightly changed but the associated drainage area is also reduced by the creation of the North Tributary, East <br />Pit Ditch. Again, the existing design is adequate. <br />We are also simplifing the ditch design procedure for future ditches using a graphical approach.
