Most of the Division's concerns were adequately addressed and will not be <br />mentioned in this letter. Items that still need to be addressed are as follows: <br />1. 6.4.3(f) -You identified a small irrigation ditch on Exhibit C located in the <br />north part of the permit area, that parallels the Rio Grande Lateral No. 1. <br />~ ~ You failed to identify the owner of the ditch. In addition, you need to <br />inform the Division whether the ditch is still being used to irrigate cropland <br />downstream of the permit area. <br />Also, as we discussed at the informal conference, you must show the <br />location of the water well on the Richardson property if it is within 200 <br />feet of the affected area. <br />2. 6.4.3(g) - As we discussed, if the manmade structures (mobile homes, etc.), <br />on the Richardson property are within 200 feet of the affected area they <br />~ must be shown on Exhibit C map. The new map that was submitted shows <br />a shed but no mobile homes. <br />~~ Does this mean that the only structure on the Richardson property, that lies <br />within 200 feet of the affected area, is a shed? <br />As previously mentioned, you must reach agreement with the owners of <br />the structures to pay for any damage or provide an appropriate engineering <br />evaluation that demonstrates that your activities will not damage the <br />structures. <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />
