As for design standards of Field Approach /Farm Access I ask the entrance be at a right <br />angle to the public road and that the grade not be in excess of 6% for 40 feet from the <br />shoulder of the public road. <br />Please be aware that the design of a Commercial /Industrial Access will require the <br />access to enter at a right angle at no more than a 3% grade extending back from the <br />public road a distance equal to the length of the longest vehicle commonly expected to <br />use the access. Additional access design and use conditions may be imposed through the <br />Special Use process.
