<br /> <br />Public Notice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 23, 1999, a minor revision application (MR-52) to the <br />Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-81-019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State <br />Highway 13, Meeker, CO 81641 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This minor <br />revision provides for the replacement of Colowyo's CDPS Permit COG-850017 by the new CDPS <br />Permit CO-0045161.
