Please refer to the site <br />form or contact this office (see phone numbers listed below) if additional detail <br />or clarification is needed. <br />If any of the above sites have recommendations that additional work must be <br />performed, the Federal Agency must consult with the State Historic Preservation <br />Officer on the eligibility of the resources to the National Register of Historic <br />Places and the effect the project will have on the eligible resources. <br />Copies of this review have been sent to 114, the survey contractor as well as to <br />Division of Minerals 5 Geology (Mined Land Reclamation), the lead agency on the <br />project. <br />Survey reviews: Margaret Van Ness 666-4670 <br /> <br />
