Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 7, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Conversion application submitted to the Division <br />on December 6, 2004, addressing the following: <br />112 conversion to increase the permitted acreage from 3.84 to 19.09 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1978-266. Al] <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1978-266 remain in full force and effect.
