This revision shows the proposed change in our
boundary ehich maintains the original approved permit size of 32 acres.
In addition, the disturbed acreage is not affected by this Technical
Revision (T.R.) since our special use permit restricts mining disturbance
to 10 acres or less and the area impacted by this T.R. request is less
than 2 acres for a total potential disturbed acreage of 12 acres in
accordance with our approved 112 permit.
'This T.R. is processed at the urging of the Bureau of Land Management'in
order to help control indiscriminate trash disposal near our mine site.
The area added to our permitted area is to be used for burden spoil and
reclaimed with the BLM approved seed mix. 'Ibis burden spoil is to be
placed such that public access will be lessened to an existing wide spot
along the road and adjacent to Trail Gulch which in the recent past has
become an on-going dump. 'Ihe revegetated burden spoil should enhance the
area.
We trust that this T.R, is complete and understandable and may gain the
Board's approval quickly. If you have any questions in this regard please
contact either myself or Mr. Kim Harden at the above noted plone number.
cc~ BIM Glenwood Re~oL( e ea Mr. Dave Atkins
Eagle County Co u evelopment Ms Susan Vaughn
Eagle County Engineer Mr Larry Metternick
