Box 767, Rapid City, SD 57709-0440; (605) 394-7240, filed an <br />application to convert M-1979-192, Spotted Burro Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials <br />Permit to a I l2(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is <br />located at or near Section 27, Township 18S, Range 69W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for May 9, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorder's office and at <br />the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
