AR-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Melcher: <br />Orl July 24, 2006, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology approved your request for release of a portion of <br />the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. The post mining land use for the area is heavy Industrial, and <br />these areas are being utilized as such at present time. No financial warranty reduction is allowed at this time because <br />the structures in these areas were never included in the existing warranty calculations. <br />The permit area was reduced to 343.15 acres, through the release of 94.35 acres in this permit action.
