Onfortunately, we have had multiple high-priority projects come up this
month that have delayed our work on the Adequacy Responses for the
above-referenced revisions. We are, however, proceeding with both the
responses and associated revisions to the PAP materials and hope to
complete and submit them shortly. Given the unforeseen delays, with this
communication we are waiving the regulatory decision timeframe for the
above-referenced revisions, and will submit our response package(s) for
your review as soon as possible. The following are our anticipated
submittal timeframes and corresponding extended decision dates:
TROS-45/46/47 Supplemental Materials - Submitted 3/22/05
TR05-45/46/97 Technical Adequacy Responses - Anticipated Submittal 4/6/08
(Extended Decision Date 4/22/05)
MROS-191 Technical Adequacy Responses - Anticipated Submittal 3/31/05
(Extended Decision Date 9/15/05)
