Long <br /> Division Dueao~ <br />Re: Meadows No. 1 Mine (C-81-029) <br />Phase II Bond Release Request <br />Bond No. SU 34733 <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.03.2(5)(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), you are hereby notified that the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology (CDMG) has issued a proposed decision to partially approve the above <br />mentioned bond release application. <br />The bond for the operation is a corporate surety issued by your agency (Bond No. SU 34733), <br />in the amount of $348,777.00. The proposed release amount is $144,585.00. <br />The proposed decision will be published in the Steamboat Pilot, as soon as possible. Publication <br />of the notice initiates a thirty day public comment period. If there are no objections within <br />thirty days, the decision will become final.
