Long <br />Division Direcor <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br />Re: Brent Pit, Revision Approval, Permit No. M-78-072, Revision No. AM-001 <br />Dear Mr. Amann: <br />On May 24, 1996 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the amendment <br />application submitted to the Division on January 2, 1996, addressing the <br />addition of acreage, which was required by Board Order. The total acreage of <br />this permit is now 9.07. Though there is no defined set back distance, mining <br />operations will not affect the banks or channel of Hell Creek. Adequate <br />control for stormwater runoff and sediment will also be maintained. <br />The terms of the AM No. 001 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated <br />into Permit No. M-78-072.
