5. All process equipment and well field pipeline systems will be emptied, cleaned, purged <br />and sealed to prevent deterioration until operations are renewed. <br />6. Instrument skids located at individual Class III Injection Wells will be winterized and <br />secured for future use when wells are placed back into operation. Instrument skids from <br />wells that are plugged and abandoned will be removed from the well field and placed <br />in storage for use on wells that may be drilled and placed in service at a later date. <br />Monitoring of environmental parameters currently required at the site will be <br />continued as prescribed in existing permits and will be changed only if and <br />when modifications are made to existing permits to allow such changes. <br />8. The existing pipelines used to transport brine solution and process water <br />between the Piceance Facility and the Parachute Facility will be evaluated for <br />other possible uses during this period of Interim Status and may be placed into <br />use for transportation of other products. <br />9. Affer completion of Plugging and Abandonment of selected wells and removal <br />and relocation of equipment has been completed an evaluation will be made <br />as to partial or complete reclamation of effected well sites and roads. <br />Reclamation and re-vegetation will be conducted as prescribed by permit <br />requirements and as influenced by weather factors. <br />10.
