The Division has reviewed this information <br />and has determined that Climax Molybdenum Company has met the requirements <br />of Rule 8 of the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board. <br />Once the damaged pipeline has been exposed by excavation, the Division <br />will require that a report be provided on the nature of the pipe failure <br />and the general condition of the pipeline as it relates to the potential <br />for future incidents. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />,~.;.-, ~ <br />Allen C.
