The sample of new embankment fill has an OCR of <br />4.6, a Cc of 0.215, and a CR of 0.032. The sample of "old" embankment fill has an OCR of <br />1.3, Cc of 0.332, and CR of 0.028. A sample of shallow foundation material (26.0-27.0 feet) <br />has an OCR of 3.8, Cc of 0.243, and CR of 0.035. A sample of deep foundation material <br />(76.0-76.5 feet) has an OCR of 1.1, Cc of 0.215, and CR of 0.023.
