Please add the diagram(s) to Exhibit 69, volume 10A. <br />2. Please add a description of the facility to section 2.05.3. <br />Rule 4.04(2) <br />3. Please provide details concerning the septic system and its specifications. How does this relate to <br />the "sewer" noted on the attached diagram?
