Several comments and
questions have come from that review.
(1) On the included maps (particularly Map 2) could MCC please add to the legend some
of the important features of the map such as the coal permit boundary and the federal
lease boundary. These features may be there, but they don't appear in the legend.
(2) Would it be possible for MCC to please add to the map the section lines and section
numbers? These are invaluable to DMG personnel when navigating on the ground
surface.
(3) On page 6, in the middle of the first paragraph, the text states, "... existing MDW
wells located in Sections 26, 26 and 35 ..." It appeazs that one of the " 26's" should be
something else. Please correct with the proper section number.
(4) Also on page 6, in the 2na paragraph, there is a statement that "other activities may
include, but aze not limited to, cleazance surveys, ..." Please specify that any activity
that creates surface disturbance on the permit area, if not herein or otherwise addressed
in MCC's DMG permit, will be communicated to the Division before the activity is
