My Notarized signature below attests that as the Ian owner to <br />the Rocky Road Quarry, the existing and any future roads wiif be p rmanently <br />retained for wildland fre suppression and as a significant capital nvesment <br />beneficial to the future development potential of this site. <br />All roads presently on the site were pre-existing. Those roads are sh wn in the <br />Release Map N4. The original total of 2.30 acres of roads was calcula ed for the <br />North Quarry only. The South Quarry roads, which we have not utilize ,have the <br />acreage shown on Map #4, and on other revised Maps. Regardless, fall roads <br />existing and future, we do not object to retaining a 10 percent argin for <br />designation for possible reclamation.
