One of ffie critical <br />issues remaining to be resolved is topsoil recovery and place:mettt and the related cows. With the <br />withdrawal of TR•12, Including rite conversion of the loadout area to industrial use, another snurce of soil <br />material must be identified, <br />Lorencito is preparing a technical revision to permit additional topsoil borrow areas within the permit area <br />to meet this need, The revision will include a discussion of soil qusliry requirements, estitnated cost for soil <br />transport and placement (bonding) and reclamation techniques fpr steep slope meas. <br />This revision will be submitted by October I5, 2004.
