Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On April 3, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Division on Mazch 28, 2006, addressing the following: <br />Change the direction of mining and begin mining within the boundaries of the slurry wall with limited <br />dewatering allowed, (one acre) until the slurry wall is completed & QAQC approved by the Division. <br />The operator should be reminded that the total area of pit exposure of groundwater is set forth in the Temporary <br />Substitute Supply Plan (TSSP) administrated by [he Office of the State Engineer (OSE). Any changes to the TSSP from <br />this revision will also need to be addressed. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000- <br />158.
