Banta.
Division Dire:lor
RE: Minor Revision 7, Somerset Mining Company, Somerset Mine, Permit C-81-022
Dear Mr. Stover:
The Division has reviewed the submittal of February 19, 1991. This submittal
proposes to locate a topsoil stockpile on the east bench of the Elk Creek Yard
area. The map change on Map E-3207R has been deemed complete and adequate and
topsoil may now be stockpiled in the area delineated on the map. We assume
that this topsoil will be stabilized with vegetation in the permit approved
manner at Somerset Mining Company's earliest opportunity.
Thank you for adding a key to the existing buildings and locations of the
existing topsoil stockpiles onto the map.
Sincerely,
L -~~. ~ -
Carl B.
