This minor revision updates the ownership and control <br />information as well as miscellaneous adjudication information <br />related to Seneca Coal Company. Based on the attached letter, an <br />additional change has been made. to the list of Officers and <br />Directors for Peabody Coal Company. The following materials are to <br />be inserted into the permit document after the minor revision has <br />been approved. <br />Volume 1, Tab 3 <br />1.
