DETAILED REVISION DESCRIPTION ' This proposed technical revision (revision) provides for
revised post-mining topography of the West Pit fill. The revision allows for reducing the steepness of
west facing slopes of areas near the fill (towards Taylor Creek), and the placement of an additional
3.960,000 loose cubic vards of spoil from mining activities in the West Pit to that alreadv permitted.
The revision includes slight rerouting and steepening of a permanent drainage off the reclaimed fill and
steepening of approximately 1500 feet of East Tavlor Creek from that currently permitted in the
reclamation plan. The revision expands the footprint of the spoil pile by approximately 11 acres onto
adjacent areas previously approved for disturbance.

r~ards and revising post-mining topography of the West Pit fill. The revision to the post-mining
