Staff has concluded the final review and all issues appear to <br />have been answered or clarified to meet the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. <br />The applicant has also accepted the estimated costs for final reclamation calculated by the <br />Division. Therefore, staff is pleased to inform TMS and Mr. Grav that the aaDlication has <br />been approved. <br />The Financial Warranty for the issuance of the Dermit is set at 528,125.00. The Financial <br />and Performance Warranties must be submitted and accepted by the Division prior to <br />issuance of the permit. No disturbance may occur within the extended permit boundaries <br />until the permit is issued. Along with the submittal of the Warranties, the operator needs <br />to submit a formal release request for the 1 10 permit IM-2002-057) that is now covered <br />under the new 1 12.
