Nick Gra}' from the original 110 Permit # iYI-2002-057. Operations at the site will be
continued under the new 112c Permit # bt-2003-092. It is understood that upon the receipt of this release
request and the required Financial Warranty of $28,125.00 by The Division, the new permit (1 ] 2c) will be
issued and the old permit (110) will be released. There will be no disturbance within the extended areas of
the site until the new 112c permit has been issued.
The current Financial Wazranty for the site, as I understand, is a CD. Nick Gray and Hard Rock Redi-Mix,
Inc are working with the `Bank" to convert the current CD to the required amount rather than issue a new
CD. The Bank wishes ro convert and increase the current CD to [lie new amount to save time (evidently a
new CD would take a lot more time and some interest % would be forfeited) and interest monies. .llr.
Gray and Hard Rock Redi-Mix will send you the required documents ~S~1P as soon as the Bank can
complete the necessary paperwork.
Please contact me if you have any questions at (719) 655-2709.
