Reclamation Details - Summary
1. Final slopes of backfill are created as backfill is completed. 4:1 average
gradient (3:1 maximum gradient).
2. Final slopes of non - backfill areas are created when mining is
completed at that location.
3. Slurry wall is installed at the end of the phase.
4. See Exhibit F -2 for layout of all final land uses.
5. (In original permit this item referred to emergent wetland elevations.
Emergent wetland in Phase 1 has been deleted from plan. This will now
be shrub /scrub and riparian forest.)
6. Shrub /Scrub elevation is sett at approximately one to two feet above
anticipated average ground water elevation.
