Approximated 80% of the topsoil was placed <br />last week before the weather delay. <br />Mr. Larry Fulton, attorney for Mark Jung, the current land owner, has indicated that <br />they are in negotiations with the Montoya family for a land swap which would transfer <br />ownership of the Rimrock mine lands to the Montoyas. Mr. Fulton is discussing the <br />requirement to reclaim the road as a condition to the transfer. <br />Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
