Perhaps a Rule change is in
order for Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)to include language consistent with this
practice.
Jim Kiger
Colowyo Coal Company LP
-----Original Message-----
From: Walker, Byron [mailto:byron.walker~state.co.us]
Sent: Tuesday, April 03, 2001 3:47 PM
To: James A. Kiger (E-mail)
Cc: Hernandez, Dan
Subject: Permit C-81-019, TR-51, Public Notice (Addition thereto)
Dear Mr. Kiger: The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has reviewed
your application for a revision to your permit, Technical Revision (TR) 51,
Mid Tern Review Issues. The Division has found that the public notice is
lacking a precise description of the permit boundary [Rule 2.07.3(2) and
2.07.3(2)(b)(ii)]. Please add to your public notice (included within and
immediately following the Sections, Township and Range and County
description) words to the effect: "A precise description of the permit
boundary is at pages 1 and 2, Exhibit 1, Item 12, of the application, and is
included herein by reference." Please call me if you have any questions
concerning this advise. Please respond by April 5 (due date for the Division
to make a determination of completness of the application). Yours truly,
Byron G. Walker
