Our initial review indicates that several <br />items required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. <br />34-33-101 et sh~e ,have not been submitted; thus, your revision application <br />has been deemedincomplete on the above date. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the revision application <br />to be deemed complete for the purposes of filing. <br />Bonding - Rule 3 <br />1. TBM must submit appropriate calculations which reflect any changes in <br />the total bond amount anticipated by this revision to the permit. <br />Proof of Publication - Rule 2:03.12 <br />1. The revision must contain a copy of the proposed newspaper advertisement <br />for this revision, not the proposed decision notice enclosed. <br />2.
