The proposed concrete/cement and asphalt ore mill facilities and expansion of acreage at the Zadra Pit 13 miles south of Norwood and the Klondike Pit located west of Dry Creek, Gyp Gap in the Forestry, Agriculture and Open (F) Zone District requires one- step County Planning Commission review in accordance with Land Use Code Sections 5-307 D.. 5-10 and 5-16. Submission Rewiraments Land Use Code Section 4-2 establishes the minimum submission requirements for all development applications: 4-201 l3enaral All development applications shall include, at minimum, the information and materials specified in this section of the Code.
