Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Technical Revision No. 76, 1996 Annual Report, Trapper Mine, <br />Permit No. C-81-010, Trapper Mining, Inc. <br />Dear Mr. Luke: <br />As had been discussed previously with Trapper, the Division is <br />extending the submittal date for the 1996 Annual Report, presumably <br />to be submitted as TR-76, from March 31, 1997 to April 7, 1997, <br />with the Probable Hydrologic Consequences section being submitted <br />by April 18, 1997. This extension is based on a letter from <br />Trapper, received by the Division at the Trapper mine site, on <br />March 26, 1997.
