Minor Revision 93-78: Permit C-81-071. Mines 1. <br />2. and Eckman Park <br />CYCC is requesting the referenced minor revision in order to clarify the area addressed by <br />Demonstration Area "B" within Exhibit 28 of the C-81-071 permit. As discussed with Mr. <br />Berry earlier this week, the demonstration area data provided for the parcels in question <br />actually encompassed the entire acreage of the parcels, which is reflected on the <br />associated Map 9A (Hydrologic Features and Sediment Controq, but there was an error <br />in the write-up of the text which did not reflect the entire acreage. This error resulted <br />from a minor drafting error on a work map being utilized during the work-up of the original <br />demonstration submittal, and has since been addressed. As discussed with Mr. Berry, the <br />cover transacts associated with the demonstration were randomly located throughout the <br />parcels in question, and the reflection of the additional acreage in the demonstration <br />description does not affect cover values, LS factors, K factors, R factors, or P factors <br />within the demonstration calculations.
