Reconfigures Phase 1, but maintains 10 acre mcu. disturbance. <br />2. Allows portable batch plants on site with secondary containment. <br />3. States "Bond will need to be increased to $41,000.00, prior to arty additional disturbance". <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incolporated into Permit <br />No. M-2000-067.
