This submittal includes the proposal that demolition debris fromthe Ore Crusher- <br />Sorter building, which is licensed under the Colorado Radioactive Materials License, 369-03, be <br />disposed of in Schwartz:walder Mine at a level above the post mine closure maximurn water level. <br />We approve this plan for disposal of the demolition debris from the Ore Crusher-Sorter.
