Long <br />Divisioti Dneaor <br />The Division received your financial warranty in the amount of 53,000.00. This amount, in addition <br />to the 55,000.00 already held by the Division, establishes (upon approval of the 53,000.00 <br />warranty) an 58,000.00 reclamation bond for the Texas Creek Gravel Pit. <br />The September reclamation estimate that was sent to you indicated that the financial warranty must <br />be 58,151.00. This would leave the Financial warranty lacking by 5151.00. However, while re- <br />checking the last reclamation estimate, an error in the calculation for highwall backfill was <br />discovered. Upon correction (revised worksheets enclosedl, the reclamation estimate was reduced <br />to 57,962.00. Therefore, the financial warranty currently held will be adequate to cover the <br />estimated reclamation cost for the Texas Creek Gravel Pit (upon approval of the $3,000.00 <br />warrantyl. <br />The Denver office of the Division will be notifying you of the acceptance of the S3,000.OOwarranty, <br />or of any further information or corrections necessary for it's acceptance, in the near future. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in bringing the Texas Creek Gravel Pit into compliance.
