Box 100, Eads, Co 81036, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction <br />Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Barnett Pit, and is located at or near Section (33), Township (18), <br />Range (49), West of the 6t° Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is as soon as the application is approved and the proposed date of <br />completion is when all the resources aze depleted.
