Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has completed the remaining portion Of our preliminary adequacy review of the <br />Permit Revision No. 5 (PR-5) application. Our adequacy review comments are set forth in <br />Enclosure 1. The review items are numbered sequentially, beginning with Item 10 (see PAR <br />letter of July 11, 2005 for Items 1 through 9). Our cost estimate for PR-5 has not yet been <br />completed. The cost estimate will be forwarded to you as soon as it is completed. Please <br />submit appropriate amendments in response to identified deficiencies by no later than <br />October 25, 2005. <br />Additionally, we have enclosed a copy of a recent letter from the BLM Little Snake Field <br />Office. Note that the letter advises that modification of the R2P2 and LMU will be required, <br />to reflect the mine plan changes proposed in PR-5.
