The amount of soil in the stockpiles will vary in the extreme.
If we must pick a figure, we will estimate the cubic yards in
each stockpile will vary between zero and 15,000 depending on
what part of the mining stage and reclamation phase we are in
when amounts are estimated.
2. Our reclamation costs are based on area and slope. There are
no yardages available.
3. We plan to mix loamy soils with the Newlin-Satanta whenever we
have been able to retain sufficient quantities in stockpile.
However, in a few cases the multiple-phase reclamation plans
may preclude the ideal mix. We concur the mix is desirable.
We included Sideoats Grama, Little Bluestem and Cicer Milk-
vetch to handle any problems ~.ve might have with the Newlin
soils.
4. Our plans for the near future are for this area to be non-
irrigated pasture. Skunkbrush and mountain mahogany are less
than desirable in pastureland. The long range outlool: is for
the area to be developed residential, another use where the
subject shrubs are undesirable. We do not believe there will
be any erosion problems on these lands as long as our grass
stands are effective. Of course, this must be proved prior to
bond release.
Exhibit G
1. This intermittent creek will be shifted from its present course
by mining and reclamation, but it will not be blocked, nor will
the departure points from our property be changed. There will
be no downstream changes.

rory-geqt, Iqc
