_~ ..
-..
Mr. Steve Renner
September 19, 1986
Page Two
WFC will commit to seeding within the first recommended seeding season .
after topsoiling.
7. Erosion practices may include: contour furrowing, establishment of rip-rapped
relief ditches and ditches routing runoff to these relief ditches, rock check
dams, hay or straw check dams and mulching.
8. Establishment of the above erosion practices should reduce maintenance on
the site for rills and gullies. However, WFC will commit to an annual
inspection for rills and gullies. The annual inspection and repair will be
conducted in either June, July, August or September. This is after spring
runoff and prior to fall snow storms.
Loadout Reclamation
1. The Loadout is a 1.3 acre triangularly shaped area with coal fines spread
throughout at an average depth of 9 inches. WFC plans to pick up the Loadout
material with a front end loader and haul the coal to the pit with dump trucks.
[f you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
~~~"
David M. Stout
Environmental Coordinator
DMS/tl
cc: Steve Magnuson
Gienn Murdock
