The technical revision response includes designs of the watertight bulkheads and a plan <br />view of the approximate location of the bulkheads. <br />At the Division's request, the general arrangement, plan view, and profiles (Drawing Nos. 42A-1, 42A- <br />2and 42A-3) for the bulkhead descriptions aze attached with the Exhibit 42A (Cont.), Lone Pine Gulch <br />Ventilation Facilities, (Technical Revision No. 93), Project Description, for inclusion to Exhibit 42A in <br />Volume No. 7, of MCC's West Elk Mine, Mining and Reclamation Permit Document. This Project <br />Description (TR-93) is to be inserted directly behind the existing Exhibit 42A, Lone Pine Gulch <br />Ventilation Facilities, (Technical Revision No. 69) Project Description. <br />Also included is the one page change to the permit document at Page No. 2.05-21.
