The emergency activities addressed
by this Minor Revision application include limited surface disturbance associated with mine
sealing activities; water diversion and pumping associated wi[h efforts to flood and
extinguish any areas of the mine which may be on fire; and any water pumping and
discharge that may be necessary as part of subsequent mine rehabilitation efforts. Oxbow
Mining, Inc. (OMI) has also filed a separate exploration Notice of Imenc (NOI) addressing
the emergency road construction, construction of staging areas and drill pads, and the
drilling and associated activities necessary to establish a water flood well and gas monitoring
wells.
