Box 70, Loma, CO 81524, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. <br />All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations <br />promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to continue conducting underground coal mining <br />operations in an area located in Sections 15, 16, 21 and 22, Township 7 South, <br />Range 102 West 6th P.M., Garfield County. The McClave Canyon mine is located <br />about 20 miles north of Loma, Colorado in the vicinity of mile pest 19.5 on <br />Colorado Highway 139, <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Garfield <br />County Courthouse, 109 8th Street - Suite 200, Glenwood Springs, CO. Written <br />comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the application <br />may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567.
