Long <br />D~wsion Director <br />On January 23, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on December 29, 2000, addressing the following: <br />Revises the permit to inc/ude a sediment basin North of the present staging/pracessing/stockprle area, <br />increases the maximum allowable disturbance in the crushed stone by quarry 21 acres to 100 acres and <br />increases the required financial warranty amount by 579,1 SO to 5375, 000. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1989-065. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1989-065 remain in full force and effect. <br />The increased liability amount of $79,150.00 for the Winkler Light Aggregate Quany, when added to the existing <br />liability amount of $295,850.00, exceeds the performance bond held. You have submitted additional bond in the <br />amount of $79,150.00.
