As soon as I <br />receive a copy I mill fort•rard it to you tar your records. <br />In the meantime, I have used the map prepared by Tim <br />Rotrerts, the Montrose County Engineer and will refer to it <br />in a discussion of the mining plan and reclamation plan ure <br />intend to follour. <br />Basically, I confirm that ure intend to follour the <br />reclart~ation plan devised by Montrose County and summarised <br />in youYletter tv me of December 17th. I do, hoarever, <br />intend to implement the reclamation plan as we mine and urill <br />begin reclamation as soon as rueather permits this spring. I <br />urill, of course, 4::eep you informed of our progress in this <br />area. <br />1 tnvul.d request that the area which lies east of the contour <br />line and labeled "Maverick: Drar•r" be eliminated from the <br />permitted area as it consists of steep hillside and creek <br />bottom, contains no gravel and will not be mined. Also, <br />that area wr~ich lies north and west of the contour line is <br />outside of the gravel deposit, urill not be mined and should <br />also be eliminated from the permitted area. <br />It is oi,rr intention to mine in a northerly direction, to the <br />edge of the canyon (mark:ed as Area #1). After that <br />e::cavation has been completed, we intend to mine in a <br />REDVALE,COLORADO <br />
