Here is a <br />summary: <br />9. The issue of hydrologic monitoring parameters is going over to you. <br />10. I am requesting that Map 2.04-M6, Surface Water Hydrology, sheets 1 and 2 of 2, be revised to <br />delete the <br />unsigned engineer's certifications. <br />25. Oxbow has stated that they will be submitting a revised Map 2.05-M5C for Pond C with the as- <br />built <br />certification. <br />26. The Division will add a stipulation for submittal of the pond as-built certifications. <br />27. The stipulation in item #26 will include the submittal of pond spillway information. <br />29. The issue of the SAE sampling has been resolved. No revised text is needed. <br />56. I am requesting revised text for the elimination of winter monitoring at all surtace water sites, <br />except in the <br />North Fork.
