Please respond to any comments as necessary considering a decision deadline of April <br />4, 2001. <br />1. Rule 2.03.6(1) requires a "complete and detailed legal description of the proposed <br />permit boundary" in addition to a "description of the documents upon which the applicant <br />bases his or her right to enter..." Please include a complete and detailed description of <br />the permit boundary as originally requested. <br />Furthermore, in accordance with Division policy (enclosed), areas overlying underground <br />workings can only be excluded from the permit area under bond release procedures of <br />Rule 3.03. No permit boundary change can be approved under TR-21. <br />2. Response accepted. <br />3. Response accepted. <br />4. Response accepted.
