The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />February 6, 2006. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before February 1, <br />2006. Please be advised that your amendment application maybe deemed inadequate and may <br />be denied on Februazy 6, 2006 unless the following adequacy review items aze addressed to the <br />satisfaction of the Division. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - MininH Plan <br />1. Please verify whether this amendment application is intended to replace (or eliminate the need <br />for) other possible permits or notifications at this site. <br />2. In conformance with Rules 6.3.3, please provide a Flow CharUDiagram which demonstrates <br />how water within the Cash Mine will be managed during mining operations. <br />3. In conformance with Rule 6.3.3, please provide a Flow Chart/Diagram which demonstrates <br />how ore and waste rock from the Cash Mine will be managed during mining operations. <br />4. In conformance with Rule 6.3.3, please provide a Diagram or Schematic of the entire Cash <br />mine surface and subsurface facilities including all mine openings, workings, shafts, and <br />groundwater sources. The Diagram or Schematic should identify the various veins, workings, <br />adits, shafts, etc. and should also show the elevation(s) of the various sources of groundwater and <br />other significant features. The Diagram or Schematic should identify the length and % grade of <br />the various workings and show the flow path of groundwater.
