.. <br />Mining Plan <br />The Red Canyon Quany mining will continue from the current location north through the <br />southeast portion of the permitted area. Mining development may move simultaneously <br />to the azea north and west of the pan handle corner which is located on the west side of <br />Red Creek Canyon. Mining in this area will continue in the same manner as is presently <br />being used. Topsoil will be stockpiled along the bottom of the benches. Later this same <br />topsoil will be used to reclaim the benches. <br />In order to satisfy the Take Avoidance Area (TAA) proposal discussed with the Colorado <br />Department of Fish and Wildlife, Rocky Mountain Materials and Asphalt, Inc. will <br />develop the azea north and west of the pan handle corner which is located on the west <br />side of Red Creek Canyon with the following disturbances: <br />Major: an increase up to 50 acres <br />Moderate: an increase up to 50 acres <br />Minor: and increase up to ]0 acres <br />In the future the TAA may change but this should not affect the mining and reclamation <br />plans after approval of this amendment. In all azeas reclamation will be conducted <br />concurrently with mining. <br />
