i
• Page 5
existence of this fault.
•
May 24, 2000
TCC's response stated, "Ihe fault TCC Grassed is shown on the appropriate x-sections". However, the only
faults depicted on Cross Sections A-A' and B-B' do not appear to exist in the E %: of Section 29, TSN, R86W,
or the W %: of Section 28, TSN, R86W.
To elaborate upon our initial concern, we understand that Crateroad 6 Right encountered a fault near its 25'~
crosscut. Based upon our review of Map 23, the 25°i cross-cut of Crateroad 6 Right appears to Ge in the very
western part of Section 28, TSN, R86W.
Please revise Maps 6 and 23 so that the location ofthis fault is depicted. Ifthis fault is extensive enough that it
would cross through Cross Sections A-A' or B-B', please also revise these cross-sections to depict this fault.
The proposed decision date is May 26, 2000. The Division is still reviewing Twentymile Coal Company's
responses to item number 18. Twentymile Coal Company may respond to the remaining items in this letter while
the Division completes our review of Twentymile Coal Company's responses to item number 18.
