Three copies of the first two legible pages of Coal Lease COC-51551, Exhibit I-2E are <br />enclosed. <br />5. Two paragraphs have been added on Page II.B-8 to satisfy Rule 2.046(1)(a). Three copies <br />of Page II.B-8 through II.B-15 are enclosed for insertion. <br />6. Figure II.C-6 has now been clarified. Three copies of this figure (Page II.C-15) are <br />enclosed for replacement. <br />7. Figure II.C-6 has now been clarified. Three copies of this figure (Page II.C-17) are <br />enclosed for replacement. <br />8. Page II.C-38 has been revised to change the word "absorption" to "adsorption". Three <br />copies are enclosed. <br />9. Figure II.C-21 has been clarified. Three copies of this figure (Page II.C-40) are enclosed. <br />10. The location and extent of the identified hydrologic zones within the permit and adjacent area <br />is described in the text of section II.C.3.b. The locations and extent are shown on maps as <br />Figure II.C-24 in Section II.C.3.c and Figures II.C-26, II.C-27, II.C-28, II.C-29 in Section <br />II.C.3.d. The thickness of these zones varies depending upon the particular location. <br />11. A statement has been added on Page II.C-57 regarding the flooding of wells Oal-1 through <br />Qal-6, except Qal-5. Three copies of this page are enclosed for replacement. <br />12. The input parameters used to estimate groundwater flow have now been included on Page <br />II.C-66. Three copies of this page are enclosed. <br />13. The estimate for the groundwater flow has been corrected on Page Ii.C-66. <br />14. A paragraph regarding the seasonal variations in groundwater quantity and quality has been <br />added on Page I1.C-67.
